A limited number of walk-in registrations may be accommodated on-site in Reunion Headquarters (Donovan's Pub) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday May 30-June 1. Please note that campus housing is not likely to be available.
In 2019, we invite all alumni to return May 30–June 2 for a Bicentennial Reunion celebration.
We will celebrate special anniversaries for alumni whose class years end in 4 and 9, Alumni Council, Konosioni, Swinging ’Gates, and Thought Into Action. This year also marks the 30th anniversary of the ALANA Cultural Center.
This event has inspired nearly 3,000 alumni and friends to register before March 20, 2019. As a result, our campus housing accommodations are currently filled. We encourage new registrants to secure housing at any of the locations that might still be available in the area. You can find a list of off-campus lodging options on the housing options page. We hope to see you back at Colgate in late May.

Reunion Weekend events strive to support Colgate’s Sustainability Initiatives and Climate Action Plan to achieve carbon neutrality by 2019.
We are proud to continue our commitment to sustainability in the following ways:
To learn more about Colgate’s Sustainability Initiatives, visit the official sustainability page or contact John Pumilio, Director of Sustainability.
Registration includes an opportunity to support the Green Revolving Loan Fund when registering for reunion. The Green Revolving Loan Fund is the gift that keeps on giving by financing campus sustainability projects and renewable energy that lowers Colgate’s carbon footprint while reducing annual operating costs. The energy and resource savings from financed projects are reinvested into the fund so it grows over time.
Colgate's Reunion fees cover costs associated with registration, housing, meals, programming, and more. Refunds can be accommodated up to May 15, 2019. Two small deductions are non-refundable: the $5 gift to Colgate included in the registration price and a $15 processing fee. The $15 processing fee will apply to all cancellations; this fee offsets costs the Office of Alumni Relations incurs each time a monetary transaction is processed. The $15 processing fee will not apply to partial refunds issued when an attendee changes registration options (e.g., switching from a Full Weekend to Saturday Only registration option).
Refunds requested after May 15 will not be considered until after Reunion. Full refunds are not guaranteed, and any refunds approved remain subject to the aforementioned non-refundable deductions, as well as additional fees.
